We talked on the phone with Chantry and Doug many times before their wedding day. I was sad we didn’t get to meet them in person before last Saturday. Even though there were the phone conversations, you don’t really feel like you get to know them well enough before you are going to be spending the most important day of their lives with them- with a camera in their face all day no less. These two are so wonderful. Even more kind and fun and relaxed and happy than they came across in our phone conversations. They made our job super easy. They were a joy to photograph. So in love. I kept OOOoooing! shot after shot as I looked in the back of my camera. I couldn’t help it. They were beautiful, the fall colors against that stormy, steely blue gray sky were spectacular and it was so much fun. It was one of those weddings where they day flies by and when it’s time to go you think, “this can’t be over already!?” We had a really great time with these two and all their family and friends. Talk about a wonderful crowd of people getting together to celebrate this awesome union. I had a hard time going through their images and narrowing it down to only this many to post to the blog! Make sure to scroll all the way to the bottom or else you’ll miss out on the best card box I’ve ever seen at a wedding. Seriously. I am obsessed with it and you won’t want to miss it. It made me cry while I photographed it at their wedding. CUTEST EVER. Love these two so much and wish you nothing but happiness!!
